Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 8, 2026
This policy explains what personal information we collect on atlasfinancials.io, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
Atlas is a financial software platform in development, operated by Infinite Insights, based in Orange County, California, United States. We are responsible for the personal information described here (under EU and UK data protection law, we are the "controller").
Privacy contact: ania@infiniteinsightscfo.com
What we collect
- Waitlist signups: your email address, plus the date and time you signed up, the page you signed up from, and the wording you agreed to. We keep these details as the record of your consent.
- Booking a call: if you book a call, your name, email, chosen time, and any details you give are collected by our scheduling provider, Calendly.
- Emails you send us: the contents of your messages and our replies.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as health data or government identifiers.
How we use it
- To send you updates about the launch of Atlas, first access, and your founder discount. We rely on your consent, given when you join the waitlist. You can withdraw it at any time.
- To reply to you or hold a call you booked.
- To meet legal obligations and keep this site secure.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this site for us, acting on our instructions: GitHub Pages (hosts the site), Google Workspace (stores waitlist signups in Google Sheets and sends email), Google Fonts (serves the site's fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads), and Calendly (if you book a call). We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and so are our providers. If you are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, your information is transferred to the United States. Google and GitHub protect such transfers using recognised safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails until Atlas launches and we have contacted you, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. If Atlas has not launched within 24 months of your signup, we delete your email.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and the accounts that hold your information are protected with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach puts your rights at risk, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates. If you are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, you also have rights to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have the rights that law gives you, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
To use any of these rights, email ania@infiniteinsightscfo.com. We reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Children
This site is for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you before it applies.
